Edible Brooklyn (one of my favorite food magazines) is celebrating eat local week right now, and today they are highlighting a recipe for poke salat. Southerners, don’t just mow it down, there’s some good food growing tall in your ditches.
I’ve long been wanting to get more into foraging. Anybody out there in Brooklyn want to take on a neophyte?
