Today’s reading list

If you’re at all interested in the politics of food, and where food production is going in the near future, you have to pick up the latest copy of Foreign Policy. I checked it out from the library and am finding it really impressive.

I’m also becoming a fan of this website, Foodstalk. Check out the lovely chart they made on eating locally/seasonally in New York.
